Our goal at SOLDIERFIT is to provide a family atmosphere where each “troop” helps push one another to reach his or her desired goals! We are really here for each other! The workouts are functional fitness-based, dynamic, fast paced, and every workout is different. Every workout is a full body attack. We addressed every area of fitness, including:

Cardio respiratory
Muscular strength
Muscular endurance
Flexibility

With classes starting at 5:30 am and running through till 8:30 pm, you can bet we have a time/location that meets your busy schedule!
