About SOLDIERFIT Gyms

Our Mission

We are here for all levels of fitness. If you had to already be in shape to train with us we would be pretty horrible trainers. I want SOLDIERFIT to show everyone that fitness can empower you and that it can change your life for the better. Fitness has showed me that everything is possible if we are just willing to work for it.

While we tailor every workout to accommodate all levels of fitness it will never be “easy”, nor should it be. What comes easy won’t last and what lasts won’t come easy. So if you’re ready to work for what you want then I promise you’ve found your home. On behalf of all the Cadre here at SOLDIERFIT. Welcome to the Family. Pride, Not Ego.

“I want soldierfit to be more than just a Fitness Company. I want us to be a dream factory, where no one is afraid to date to set high goals and then go out and accomplish them. I know what it feels like to always be picked last because I was too out of shape to keep up with the other kids. I know what its like to not want to go to the Beach or the pool party because you dont want to take your shirt off.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’ve ever felt nervous about starting a fitness program, you’re not alone. Most of the people who walk through our doors felt the same way before their first day. At SOLDIERFIT, we believe fitness should be for everyone; all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Every workout is modifiable, every person is welcome, and every step forward counts. Here are some of the most common questions we hear from new members and guests.

Do I need to be in shape before I start SOLDIERFIT?

Not at all. You don’t need to get fit before you come here, you come here to get fit. Every workout can be scaled up or down based on your ability and our trainers will guide you every step of the way.

I haven’t worked out in years. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Most people who join are starting from scratch. We focus on progress, not perfection. Our coaches meet you where you are, help you move at your own pace, and make sure you leave each class feeling successful.

What if I have past injuries or health concerns?

That’s exactly why our workouts are fully modifiable. Whether it’s a sore knee, a bad back, or past surgery, our trainers know how to adjust movements to keep you safe while still getting results. Fitness should fit your body, not the other way around.

Is this program for all ages, shapes, and sizes?

Yes. You’ll see people in our classes from their 20s to their 60s, all working toward their own goals. Everyone belongs here. It’s not about how you look, it’s about how you feel and the progress you make.

What’s the difference between Boot Camp and personal training?

Our Boot Camp program is a group fitness class with a team atmosphere that is high energy, fun, and motivating. Personal training gives you one-on-one coaching focused on your individual goals. Both can be customized for beginners or experienced members.

What if I’m nervous or intimidated to start?

You’re not alone. Most people feel that way before they begin. The good news is those nerves disappear fast. The moment you walk into SOLDIERFIT, you’ll feel the difference with a supportive community, coaches who care, and zero judgment.

How long are the workouts, and how often should I come?

Our classes are 50 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. We recommend starting with three to four sessions per week. Consistency is what builds results, strength, and confid

I’m not a “gym person.” Is this still for me?

Yes. SOLDIERFIT isn’t your typical gym. You won’t find mirrors everywhere or people competing for attention. You’ll find real people, real work, and trainers who make fitness something you actually enjoy.

What’s the first step if I’m interested?

Just start a conversation with us. No pressure. We’ll talk about your goals, your background, and what you’re looking for. Whether you start here or somewhere else, we’ll help point you in the right direction. Visit our home page and fill out the no sweat intro form.

What if I have a really busy schedule?

We get it. Life doesn’t slow down. That’s why SOLDIERFIT offers flexible class times and efficient 50-minute workouts that deliver results without wasting time. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym, you just need to show up consistently. Remember no one “has” the time, they “make” the time. And you’ll make time for what’s important that why we do a intro goal session with you before you start.

I’ve failed fitness programs in the past. How will this be different?

You’re not alone. Many of our members tried other programs before finding success here. What makes SOLDIERFIT different is the accountability, structure, and support. You’re not left on your own; you have coaches and a community that keep you on track and motivated. As well as a results tracker and 30-day check ins that keep you motivated and accountable.

What if I feel nervous or embarrassed to start?

That feeling is normal. The truth is, everyone starts somewhere. You’ll quickly realize that no one is judging you. Everyone here is focused on becoming a stronger version of themselves. Our trainers are patient, our members are welcoming, and the environment is built to help you grow.

What if I’m older or haven’t worked out in years?

That’s completely okay. Many of our members are getting back into fitness after years off. Our workouts can be modified for every age, body type, and ability level. You’ll move safely, gain confidence, and feel stronger with each session.

How much does it cost, and are there different options?

We offer several membership options depending on your goals, schedule, and budget. Some members prefer group Boot Camps, others choose one-on-one training. The best way to find what fits is to talk with our team and we’ll walk you through everything and help you choose what’s right for you.

What should I expect for a SOLDIERFIT workout?

Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and cardio in every class. Workouts are challenging but scalable, and every session is led by a coach who makes sure you move safely and effectively. You’ll sweat, you’ll be pushed, and you’ll leave proud of what you accomplished.

Can I come visit the facility before I join?

Absolutely. We actually encourage it. You’re welcome to stop by, tour the facility, meet the trainers, and see what a class looks like before you decide to join. It’s a great way to get a feel for our community, energy, and approach to fitness. Visit our home page and fill out a No Sweat Intro form and a team member will get back to you with details.

What should I expect when I join the program?

From day one, we’ll make sure you feel welcome and prepared. You’ll meet your coaches, learn how our programs work, and go through an onboarding process designed to set you up for success. It’s about more than just workouts; it’s about building confidence, structure, and a sense of belonging.

What should I wear and bring to a workout?

Wear comfortable workout clothing such as a t-shirt or tank top, workout shorts or pants, and regular athletic shoes. Men must keep their shirts on during workouts, and women should wear full tops rather than just sports bras. Bring a water bottle (you can also purchase one at the location) and a positive attitude. We’ll provide the rest.

How many calories does the average SOLDIERFIT class burn?

This will vary depending on the individual, but most members burn between 500 and 1000 calories per class. Our trainers will help you find the right pace to maximize your results safely.

Still Have Questions?

We’d love to chat. Whether you’re ready to start or just exploring your options, stop by, send us a message, or give us a call. No pressure, just a real conversation about your goals and how we can help you reach them.
