Kids Kadets

Fitness Program for Kids

Although the rate of childhood obesity rate in the US has declined in many states according to a August 2013 report from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), obesity rates continue to remain a problem in children and adolescents. The Kid Kadets program is designed to help continue the kid-kadets downward trend through education and exercise. Our program reinforces healthy habits that carry over to adulthood and may help prevent physical and mental health problems.

Our programs focus on the the following:

  • Manners
  • Building confidence
  • Team work
  • Leadership skills
  • Proper movement patterns
  • Nutritional education

Gym Hours

Mon-Thurs:
5 AM - 9 PM
Friday:
5 AM - 9 PM
Saturday:
8 AM - 1 PM
Sunday:
8 AM - 1 PM
