Our Transformation Program focuses on both physical and mental transformations for all fitness levels, ages, and body types. The physical, which can be anything from a stressed out mom who wants to lose 20, 50, 80, 100+ pounds. A former athlete who wants to start working out again. Someone who’s tried and failed in past and is willing to try again. To avid gym goers looking to take it to the next level. The mental, is giving you the confidence and discipline needed both inside and outside the gym to overcome anything life throws at you.
Because the truth is, anyone should be able to help you lose 20, 50, 80. 100+ pounds. But that’s not good enough if you just gain it back. We’ve all been there. Our focus and where we shine, is not only helping you lose it, but making sure you never gain it back. You shouldn’t have to yo-yo through life.
So how do we do it?
We provide custom programming as well as in person trainer lead group Boot Camp sessions that focus on cardiovascular, strength training, and muscular conditioning. As well as 1-1 Personal Coaching.
You need to understand how the body work. We build out a custom nutrition program and tracking system to make sure your nutrition is dialed in, you’re eating right, and eating enough. With our program you won’t have to starve yourself and you’ll be able to have the foods that you enjoy. No slashing calories or eating cardboard.
You’re looking to start something new. Its hard, its intimidating, and its scary. We understand that because we’ve been there. You need to have that additional voice on the side of your devil that’s going to help you break and build new habits. We do this through our in person coaches, accountability from the other members in your group, as well as your partnered up accountability coach.
We were tired of seeing so many people come to us that started other programs and then stopped. Only to lose the weight and immediately gain it back. And we understand. After 15 years in business, we know that the two hardest parts of getting in shape is, getting started and between weeks five and seven. Why do they quit between week five and seven? One, they arent tracking their progress the right way. Two, they see themselves everyday so they don’t notice the results until it’s too late. Three, they don’t have anyone pushing them over the hump. And lastly, around week five or seven, that’s when the sexy of starting a new workout program has faded. And so when the sexiness wears off and you’re tired and you’re trying to balance all this stuff, what do you do? You quit. We make sure you don’t do that. We’re not going to be mean about it, but we’re going to make sure you finally stay consistent. You deserve it!
We want to make sure this is a long-term sustainable lifestyle for you. Ultimately teaching you how to do this on your own. It’s like the old analogy. I can give a man a fish and feed him for a day or I can teach a man to fish and feed him for the rest of his life. We want you to be able to do this forever with or without us. If you stay with us because you love the community and you love the trainers and all the people, great! If you stay with us because you don’t know what you’re doing, we’re pretty s#%tty trainers and we don’t want to be s#%tty trainers.
Why mental toughness and discipline is the secret ingredient for your success. And why we embrace the Buffalo mindset to get you to your goals and dominate life. I heard a story told by the first female chief of the Cherokee Nation. What she talking about is how the storms come through in the plains out west. So when the cows see the storm coming, they do what instinctually makes sense. They turn and they run away from the storm. Well, the mountains are holding the storm in place. They can’t go left or right. They can only go across the plains and cows are, well, they’re slow. So what happens is the cows get caught up in the storm and they’re literally running with the storm.
They’re getting beat up inside it and thus they increase their suffering. Now, Buffalo, they’re unique in all of the animal kingdom. They’re the only animal that does this. When they see the storm clouds rolling over the mountaintops, they collectively turn and face the storm and they run directly at it. Now they still suffer. There is no avoiding suffering, that is life but they get to choose their suffering. And because they ran right at the storm, they suffer for a much shorter period of time because they’re passing each other and they break through to the other side where all the opportunity is. That’s why we have embraced their mantra of “head down, horns up”. You’ve been running from your problems long enough, now we’re going to run right at them and this is how we’re going to finally get you to break the yo-yo cycle and get you to the results that you want.
