SOLDIERFIT Athlete Specific Training is a personal training program specifically designed for athletes who compete in individual or team sporting events. Fair warning, there are no shortcuts or easy workouts — be prepared to train harder than you dreamed possible.
As a new “recruit” we will perform a comprehensive performance evaluation at any of our locations, in which we’ll access both your strength and weaknesses. Based on the the results, we will design a customized training program designed for the sport in which you compete. In addition to some of the best personal trainers east of the Mississippi, you’ll have full-access to our training facility, including our new functional fitness gym and the support of the entire SOLDIERFIT team.
The SOLDIERFIT Gym hours are independent of our or martial arts schedule.
Monday-Thursday: 5:00 A.M – 10:00 P.M
Friday: 5:00 A.M – 8:00 P.M
Saturday: 8:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M
Sunday: 8:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M
