How are you going to call it a boot camp when you never were in the military. SOLDIERFIT’s Boot Camp class isn’t your ordinary boot camp class!

First of all, the program was founded and developed by a real veteran. Secondly, there is no false bravado here; no one will be yelling at you to drop and give me 20! You can consider us your friendly drill sergeant and our number one priority is that you have fun!

Our goal at SOLDIERFIT is to provide a family atmosphere where each “troop” helps push one another to reach his or her desired goals! We are really here for each other! The workouts are functional fitness-based, dynamic, fast paced, and every workout is different. Every workout is a full body attack. We address every area of fitness, including:

  • Cardiac respiratory
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility

With classes starting at 5:30 am and running through till 8:30 pm, you can bet we have a time/location that meets your busy schedule! So what are you waiting for?
